WHAT IS YOUR NORMAL TURNAROUND TIME?
About 5 business days, but we can also provide priority support for an additional fee.
HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE?
It is hard to generalize about how much we charge for a certain type of sample, but our prices are extremely competitive. Send your sample details to: info@temanalysis.com or you can submit us a message from our contact us page and we will usually get back with you in a few hours with a firm quote.
DO YOU OFFER ANY DISCOUNTS?
Yes, we do: For universities, we offer 15% off our normal rates. For new clients, we offer 10% off our normal rates.
DO YOU OFFER QUANTITY DISCOUNTS?
Yes, we do. Generally from 5% to 25%, depending on the number of samples you submit.
WHAT IS YOUR SATISFACTION GUARANTEE?
Our Guarantee: the quality of our work is guaranteed or it's FREE. To qualify for the guarantee, client must provide a clearly written statement provided within 14 days of the completion of the analysis stating the reasons for the dissatisfaction with the analysis and what action/s would be required to be taken by TEM Analysis in order that the client would be satisfied with the analysis. Additionally, the client must provide us with a reasonable amount of time (1-2 weeks) for us to resolve the dissatisfaction.
HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE?
Our prices depend on the level of difficulty of the sample or project. Pricing also depends on the physical characteristics of the sample (i.e. hardness, brittleness, particle size, thickness of layer, size of area of interest, etc.).
WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO OBTAIN A QUOTE FOR MY SAMPLE/ANALYSIS?

HOW MUCH MATERIAL DO YOU REQUIRE FOR TEM?
Generally for semiconductor materials, we prefer a sample that is at least 1/2 inch X 1/2 inch square. For nanoparticle suspensions, we prefer a miniumum of 1-2 mL of the liquid.
