Our Guarantee: the quality of our work is guaranteed or it's FREE. To qualify for the guarantee, client must provide a clearly written statement provided within 14 days of the completion of the analysis stating the reasons for the dissatisfaction with the analysis and what action/s would be required to be taken by TEM Analysis Services in order that the client would be satisfied with the analysis. Additionally, the client must provide us with a reasonable amount of time (1-2 weeks) for us to resolve the dissatisfaction.
